Secure Purchase Guarantees
In order to guarantee trust on transferring data over the Internet, an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security protocol is used, which is accepted by most browsers. This system ensures the seller’s identity, guarantees the integrity of the message and encrypts the data with an encryption key of 128 bits, thus ensuring that if anyone intercepts the communication they will not be able to interpret it.
This information is sent directly to your financial entity or bank, which will request the necessary data from you via a secure web page (you will notice that ‘https’ appears in your browser’s address bar instead of “http”) in order to carry out the transaction and ensure you are the purchaser, accepting or rejecting the payment.
While this transaction is being carried out between your entity and yourself, our shop does not take part but awaits the reply from your entity, so at no time does Alcaidús S.L. have access to your card’s data.Likewise, your bank does not know the nature of your purchases.

All of the products are vacuum-packed so that no dust, dirt etc. can get in and they are kept cold so that they reach you in perfect conditions. The orders are never dispatched on Fridays or the day before bank holidays.
Quality service is one of our basic foundations, so we use logistics operators of recognised national and international prestige such as MRW, ASM, SEUR, UPS, TourLine Express and TNT, though in certain circumstances Alcaidús reserves the right to use other companies that provide similar guarantees and service.
The deadline for deliveries is not usually more than 7 business days, though they usually arrive within 4 days on average as of the business day after the order has been formally placed.
In order to streamline the delivery, you should give an address where it is possible to find you during business hours. If the courier service is not able to make the delivery at the address indicated, they will leave a notice or get in touch with you on the phone number you gave when you placed the order.
The order is deemed to have been delivered as of the moment the courier company puts the product at the customer’s disposal. To this end, if the order has been put at the client’s disposal by the transport company within the agreed deadline but it has not been possible to deliver for reasons attributable to the customer, this will not be considered a delay in delivery.
The user must check the state of the package in the presence of the courier delivering the order, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly they may detect in the packaging.
All transport prices in our shop include insurance against loss or breakages with the corresponding VAT.
You can cancel your order provided it has not left our depot. To do so, you must send an email to email@example.com indicating 'CANCELLATION' in the subject line, and we will refund you the full price of the purchase.
However, if the order has already left our depot, once it has been received at the address given you must return it within 7 (seven) working days at mostIf you do so, once it has been received in our depot we will refund you the full amount for the order (except for delivery costs) via the credit card or PayPal account with which you paid, provided it has been returned in its original packaging in perfect conditions and has not been manipulated.
If any products arrive in a deteriorated state for reasons of transportation, don’t worry: we will send you the product again at no cost to yourself, or else we will refund you via the credit card or Paypal account for the corresponding amount of the claim (though this will not be applicable if the products have arrived broken or deteriorated because you were not at the given address at the time of delivery).
Even so, to do so you must get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org within at most 24 hours after you have received the order,clearly indicating the reason for returning it and attaching a photo of the product affected. We are sure you can understand that we have to send such documents to the transport agency in order to recover the costs arising from the claim via the insurance. We do not accept returns if we have not received written notification and the information necessary for the insurance claim beforehand.
All of our deliveries are verified by various people before being dispatched as part of our quality system. However, if for any reason you receive a product by mistake, we will send you the correct product again at no charge to you, or we will refund you via the credit card or PayPal account for the amount of the product sent in error, provided it has been returned in perfect conditions and has not been manipulated.
In any case, you must contact us at email@example.com within within 7 (seven) working days at most after you receive the order, clearly indicating the reason for the return. We do not accept changes or returns if we have not received written notification beforehand.

Guarantee for the Products
Alcaidús guarantees that all of the products in the online shop are available, although from time to time there may be a mistake in the availability in some of them. If so, before sending the product we will contact the customer in case you would like a product that costs the same or a refund.
Alcaidús guarantees all of our products’ packaging so that they arrive in perfect conditions.
All of the products’ prices indicated in the website include VAT and other applicable taxes. The delivery costs are indicated separately.
